Data At Your Fingertips

Insights is a newly launched feature designed to provide recruiters with a quick and comprehensive overview of their recruitment data. Glean detailed statistics on various recruitment metrics over customizable timeframes and uncover trends and actionable insights.

How to access Insights

Click on the Insights tab on the top Navigation Bar, next to the Reports:

Insights in its maiden launch, delivers comprehensive statistics across 4 key recruitment areas:

  • Applications
  • Job Opportunities
  • Raised Offers
  • Raised Manpower Requisitions*
*For clients with the Manpower Requisition module

Insights Graphs at a Glance

Timeframe Selector

Users can view the recruitment data across an array of timeframes. The timeframe filter offers data insights across the past 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or an user-customized time range. Once a timeframe is selected, clicking "Apply" will update the data display accordingly across all the graphs.

Cross-Filtering Graphs

Our Insights module is equipped with the Cross-Filtering function, a powerful feature that enhances the interactivity of multiple graphs and provides interconnected insights. By utilizing this functionality, graphs become dynamically linked, offering cohesive and comprehensive data analysis that empowers users to uncover meaningful trends with ease.

For instance, you can configure the Applications graph to display data by Business Entity, the Job Opportunities graph to focus on Department, the Offers graph to highlight Business Entity, and the Manpower Requisition graph to showcase Business Profile. When you select a specific Business Entity in the Applications graph, other graphs automatically update to display data relevant only to that selected entity.

By leveraging this function, you can gain a holistic yet detailed perspective on your recruitment trends, streamlining the decision-making process and enhancing strategic planning.

Smart Permissions-Limited View

The data displayed is consolidated based on the jobs/manpower requisitions / applications / offers that you have access to. For instance, if you are a user with limited access to only a subset of job opportunities in the system, Insights will reflect only data from those job opportunities.

Garner insights into the applications received over a selected time period. Get a total count of applications across all departments, business profiles, and business entities, as well as detailed breakdowns, such as:

  • Applications grouped by Department
  • Applications grouped by Business Profile
  • Applications grouped by Business Entity

Department Highlight

When you select a specific department in the chart legend, other departments will be greyed out, showing only the data relevant to the selected department across all the applicable graphs.

Job Opportunities Graph

The Job Opportunities graph provides valuable insights into your data. Referencing the screenshot below, here's an example of how to interpret the information:

On January 2, 2025, two job opportunities were created—one for the Development team and another for the F&B team.

Raised Offers Graph

Garner insights into the candidate offers extended in a specified time period. Referencing the below screenshot, on December 27, 2024, one offer was made to a candidate for a job opportunity in the Development department.

Raised Manpower Requisitions

Get well-acquainted with your manpower requisition performance. Referencing the below screenshot, on November 4, 2024, a total of three requisitions were created—one for the HR team and two for the Operations team.

How to accord user access to the Insights tab

System Administrators and Entity Administrators can grant users access to the Insights module by following these steps:

  1. Click the building icon and navigate to System Settings > Access Management > Permissions
  2. Select the user’s role type > click Go
  3. Under the Modules section, check the box for Access to Insights Module > click Update
