Professor Annie is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Regional Governance and is a board member of the Family Firm Institute, and Singapore Central Provident Fund, a member of the SkillsFuture HR Sectoral Tripartite Committee and National Human Resource Professional Certification Taskforce. She also serves as an Independent Director of Health Management International Ltd.
She chairs the Asian Bond Fund 2 Supervisory Committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Finance & Investment Committee of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech). Professor Annie was a recipient of the Singapore Public Administration Medal, Bronze in 2010 and Silver in 2016.
Eugene Yeo is Group Chief Information Officer at MyRepublic. Combining his experience in enterprise software development with a deep understanding of ISP operations, he leads the development of customer-centric, agile OSS/BSS platforms and operational processes that powered the stratospheric growth of the company across Asia Pacific.
He is a regular keynote speaker at TM Forum events globally, and sits on the advisory panel of StaffOnDemand and educational institutions.
Mr. David Low Chor Hoon started out in the contracting business in 1979. With 37 years of experience in general contracting and carpentry, he gained international exposure through outfitting a myriad of high fashion boutiques including Tiffany & Co., Versace and Prada.
In 2005, he took on the role as CEO of Futuristic Store Fixtures Pte Ltd (Futuristic). His quest to perfect the art of retail store fixtures has brought Futuristic to the international stage. Under Mr. Low’s leadership, Futuristic has supplied to more than 7,000 retail stores worldwide.
Mr. Low continues to run Futuristic with an attitude of constant innovation and improvement to build a dynamic company. He is a firm believer in lifelong learning to remain relevant in today’s constantly evolving economy.
Formerly Global Advisor, Digital Strategy and Government Analytics at the World Bank, Randeep has helped many governments and public sector organizations around the globe to design, implement and review strategies to promote the digital economy.
In a career spanning more than 35 years, Randeep has pioneered a number of public-private digital initiatives. He has previously served as Practice Manager for the World Bank's Digital Development Unit, leading a global team of technology professionals to support developing countries on policies and programmes relating to broadband infrastructure, mobile networks, digital services, and digital industry. He was also a senior member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), and helped the state of Andhra Pradesh, India to become a key international destination for IT-based services.
Randeep holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics. In his free time Randeep loves to travel, and dabble in the profundities of quantum physics.
P. Ramakrishna (Rama) has been involved with the ICT domain for the public sector for more than 30 years.
He was formerly with Singapore’s Infocomm Development Authority (now IMDA and GovTech), his last held position was Director of IDA’s Industry Development, responsible for national level initiatives to develop the ICT industry ecosystem.
He has provided advisory services to develop ICT masterplans for foreign governments in Oman, Bhutan, Brunei, Trinidad & Tobago and Cambodia. He is currently the CEO for CIO Academy Asia.
